Rhonda L. Patterson serves as managing partner of the firm and is a skilled advocate to her clients. Patterson’s legal training began at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law and continued at two of our nation’s largest and most prestigious law firms. Patterson launched her own firm in September 2011. She offers the nuanced advocacy you’d find at large law firms and pairs it with the value and attention you expect of a small firm. While the majority of Patterson’s practice consists of family law counseling and litigation, she continues to accept business matters on a case-by-case basis. Patterson’s clients have included corporate executives, industry leaders, entrepreneurs, professional athletes, entertainers and every-day individuals facing legal hurdles.

In acknowledgment of the value she brings to clients in legal matters relating to marriage and divorce, founding attorney Rhonda Patterson is listed among North Carolina's Super Lawyers Rising Stars. The Rising Stars is a roster of "outstanding lawyers" in a given state, as determined by "a high degree of peer recognition [and] professional competence." The distinction is conferred upon fewer than five percent of practitioners in the field.

In addition, Rhonda was selected to serve on the Mecklenburg County Bar's board of directors - a body that helps regulate legal practices in the region - and is also the vice chair of the Bar's Continuing Legal Education Committee.
